- 1 small cucumber (sliced)
- Half avocado (sliced)
- 1 banana
- 1 teaspoon barley grass powder
- juice of half a lemon or
- Juice of 1 small orange
- 1 glass of water or coconut water
- A handful of ice cubes (optional)
- Directions: Add all ingredients to the blender: baby spinach, cucumber, avocado, banana, barley grass powder and lemon or orange juice.
- Add water or coconut water to it.
- Mix until you turn off the blender and mix until all the ingredients have a smooth consistency.
- Optionally add ice cubes and mix again.
